Delivery
How does delivery work?
For smaller items (Fixings, foam fillers, Butly Tape, etc. ) we will dispatch your order using a tracked and insured parcel courior.
For larger and more bulk items (e.g roof sheets & flashings, Purlins etc. ) wherever possible we deliver on our own fleet of trucks.
Where access or weight restrictions are a problem, we can deliver on smaller trucks, inclduing a 3.5 Tonne Flatbed for the tightest of locations.
What are your delivery costs?
Due to the varied specifications and combinations of our products, we’re unable to offer a simplified, fixed delivery cost.
Our online basket system is designed to calculate delivery charges accurately for most product combinations. Simply add your items to the basket and enter your postcode to receive an instant delivery price.

What are your lead times?
Lead times differ based on the product types and delivery area. Our custom shopping cart will give a delivery time frame. Please contact us for an estimation if you have a time sensitive order to place.
Can I pre book a delivery slot at point of order?
A majority of our orders are delivered on our own vehicles and delivery schedules are planned using area groupage and estimated production dates to determine delivery dates. We plan and advise delivery slots the week before we deliver to try and give you as much notice as possible. Due to this we are unable to offer pre booked delivery slots. You can, however, provide us with dates that are convenient with yourself and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How will I know when you are delivering my order?
Orders will be delivered on our own vehicles whenever possible*. If this is the case our transport department will email you an expected delivery date once your order is scheduled and will then notify you If we have to use external transport we will keep you informed on expected delivery dates. *Orders for fasteners and smaller items will be despatched via courier. Tracking details are available on request. Some items such as insulated sheets and custom GRP may be delivered direct from the manufacturer and as such you may receive more than one delivery update from us.
Do I need to be available to take delivery of my order?
If you are ordering bulky items such as cladding, purlins or flashings we always advise that you will need to be available to take delivery of goods. We will also require at least one person to be available to assist the driver with the offload if you do not have mechanical offload facilities on site.
