Fabricated Louvres – Made to Your Exact Requirements
Our high‑performance fabricated louvres are manufactured to suit your precise width, height and depth requirements, providing reliable ventilation, weather protection and airflow control for industrial, commercial and architectural applications. All units can be produced in all popular cladding colours and finishes to ensure seamless integration with existing building envelopes.
Optional features include aluminium bird mesh, external fixing flanges and top drips for enhanced weather resistance and installation flexibility.
Fixed Blade Box Louvre
Our fixed blade box louvres are designed for both inlet and exhaust ventilation. Each unit contains robust blades mounted within a strong box frame, supplied as individual modules or joined together to create banks of unlimited height and width. Suitable for installation into cladding, glazing and brickwork, with flanges formed to suit any mounting detail.
Continuous Fixed Louvre
Continuous fixed louvres feature blades mounted onto concealed vertical mullions, allowing multiple modules to be joined seamlessly for a continuous appearance across large façades. Ideal for architectural applications requiring uninterrupted airflow and clean visual lines.
Sand Trap Louvre
Our sand trap louvres use vertical channel blades to capture and separate airborne sand and dust particles. These units are ideal for environments exposed to windborne sand or heavy particulate matter, providing enhanced filtration before air enters the building.
Chevron Louvre
The chevron louvre range features a double‑bank blade configuration for improved weather protection and reduced sight penetration. Available in a box‑frame surround or with concealed mullions for a continuous façade finish.
